TWO INVENTORY HOMES NOW READY FOR IMMEDIATE OCCUPANCY


The opportunity to claim a coveted address in one of the most scenic areas of Yorkville is dwindling, now that only eight homesites remain at Brighton Oaks—Meadowview Development’s community of custom and semi-custom single-family homes located a mile west of Rt. 47 in Yorkville.

The eight homesites are priced from the $120,000s. Shoppers can select from four distinctive Meadowview home designs available to build on the homesite, including a ranch and three 2-story plans—one with a first-floor master bedroom. Or, buyers can have Meadowview build a completely custom residence from scratch or from an outside floorplan.

Each home features three to four bedrooms, two-and-a-half to three-and-a-half baths, and 2,642 to 4,386 square feet. Base prices range from $390,000 to $664,000 (not including homesite; all prices subject to change without notice).

“These floorplans are bundled with a wealth of standard amenities and extras that many other builders would consider separate options, such as nine-foot first-floor ceilings, custom staircases with oak rails, tray ceilings in the master suite and dining room and much more,” said Lucchetti. “Families large and small as well as couples will find a lot to like about these spacious, generously appointed designs.”

“Shoppers who are looking to take delivery fast and be settled in before the spring can also choose from two value-priced inventory homes now available for immediate move-in at Brighton Oaks,” Lucchetti added.

Both residences are Royal Kent designs offering four bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, hardwood flooring, ceramic tile baths a brick and cedar exterior and 4,229 square feet. The first, set on lot 17, also includes a full English basement and two fireplaces and is priced at only $665,000. The second, located on lot 1, is a model home that additionally comes with a double-sided fireplace in the family room/sunroom and is fully landscaped—priced at $870,000.

Among the myriad amenities at Brighton Oaks, residents will appreciate the four shimmering ponds, two waterfalls, and 300-year-old oak trees that grace the property.

“And one of the best perks to living here is the highly acclaimed Yorkville schools,” said Lucchetti, who noted that Phase II sales on future homesites will begin later this year.

Brighton Oaks is set in an ideal Kendall County location off the tranquil Fox River that’s easily accessible from Illinois Highways 34, 47, 71 and 126, plus I-88 to the north, I-80 to the south, and I-55 to the east. Brighton Oaks homeowners will enjoy many area parks, recreational facilities and retail destinations, including a new Countryside Center shopping district being built at Rts. 34 and 47, a new shopping complex planned for south of the river, and a Wal-Mart superstore in the works. The local Yorkville public library is also undergoing a major expansion set for completion in the spring.
