It has been just a
little over a year sine
we were fortunate to
stumble upon Brighton
Meadows. We had sold our
previous home and were
in search of our dream
house. Not only did we
have particular
amenities we were
searching for, we were
on a time crunch for a
quick close, 35 days.
With the help of Bill
and Moira, we were able
to finalize all the
details and have a
painless close on July
12, 2003.
I am writing you this
letter today to thank
you and your personnel
for all of their hard
work and dedication to
make our house a place
we can call home and are
proud to share with
friends and family. I
had heard horror stories
from friends and family
about the experiences
they had experienced
when building their
homes. I would often
hear that their builders
did not follow up on
problems pertaining to
the home, and often felt
neglected. This has not
been the case with our
home. We have been
fortunate to not have
that many tribulations
with our home, but when
a problem arises, Ken
Wehrli has been very
compliant to our
requests.
Ken Wehrli and his team
have been courteous,
responsive, and
supportive when we have
had any household
concerns. When
approached by friends
interested in building a
new home, I am always
recommending they look
at Meadowview
Development before
making any final
decisions. I praise the
employees that work for
you, and the amenities
that we have come to
enjoy in our home. We
are frequently
approached by neighbors
and others outside
Brighton Meadows about
the surfacing of our
driveway. People passing
by will question the
designer of our unique
stamped driveway in
hopes of doing the same
to theirs.
On another note, I would
like to take the time to
also thank you for being
a part of Oswego East
High School history in
sponsoring our Sports
Boosters. I am proud
that my neighborhood and
builder are a part of
our first ever Sports
program book. We are
looking forward to a
continuing relationship
with Meadowview
Development throughout
the years.
